A Marathon in Under Two Hours?

This question was asked (the other way round) last week – General Knowledge, Question 73. On that occasion I pointed out that "The answer [missed] out one crucial word. What Kipchoge ran in October 2019 was not officially recognised as a marathon, because (to quote Wikipedia), "standard competition rules for pacing and fluids were not followed and it was not an open event."

This week's question should have said (and the answer to last week's should have been) that the athlete in question "became the first man to run a marathon distance in under two hours."

The official men's world marathon record currently stands at 2:01:39 – set by Kipchoge in the Berlin Marathon on 16 September 2018.
